So, I had planned on writing a review of a TV movie I watched the other day for Sunday, November 6th as my daily blog post. However, that didn’t seem to work out.
I made the mistake of taking a break to relax in my recliner. The bigger mistake, however, was tuning in to a show on C-SPAN. There’s a one-way ticket to snoozeville!! Actually, the subject matter could have been fascinating. It was about George Washington and Alexander Hamilton – how their friendship/partnership helped to build our government/country. Unfortunately, the man who was delivering the presentation was just not a good presenter. Next thing I knew, it was 3:30am. Yes, I know. This was C-SPAN, not PBS. I expected a lecture rather than a documentary. But the least they could do is have a dynamic speaker, right? I guess that’s too much to ask for.
So, I’m late with my blog update. I’ll save my movie review for another day.
